competitive.  You need accurate and immediate inventory information, in
order to make those critical decisions.  You also need to keep track of
quotes and to understand why your customers are buying or conversely not
buying from you.  Tracking your returns is critical to continued customer
satisfaction.  Remember as you rate your vendors, you are also being rated
by your customers.  It is important to understand the EDI and WEB

Inventory Management
The inventory module provides the ability to define inventory locations and
to maintain information regarding the balance of materials stored in those
locations.  Full integration with all material oriented modules helps to
insure complete perpetual inventory integrity.  In order to properly control
costs in today's competitive environment, inventory must be controlled.

 

Order Processing
The order entry module is designed for ease of use with minimal training.
There are choices as to type of order and a unique & fast speed order entry
system.  Credit hold and checking are integral parts of this system along
with inventory availability.

 

Purchase Orders
The Purchasing module maintains purchase order information and makes
receipts and debits against those orders.  Full integration with Accounts
Payable allows items to be accrued automatically, reducing confusion and
data entry errors. 

 

Return Material Authorization (RMA)
There is a complete RMA module to track your returns including the reasons
for the returns and the ability to charge restocking fees. 

 

Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
The DRP module is designed to work seamlessly with the rest of the package.
Auto replenishment is part of the system as well as the ability to forecast
needs.


Sales Tracking & Reporting
This module gives you the information to make those critical marketing
decisions, and to decide how to best spend your marketing dollars.
