e-Fulfillment 3-Party Logistics Supply Chain Solution

Long Beach, CA - September 20th, 2002 – Royal 4 Systems, a global leader of supply chain execution solutions, announced today that The Allied Printing Company has chosen to utilize the WISE-3PL Solution to automate their Distribution Center, and 3rd Party Logistics Operations. Allied Printing will use Royal 4's rules-based WMS in conjunction with its extensive Web E-Fullfilment Solution to enable Allied Printing's customers to place new and view current Orders, and view Inventory Quantities and Status. Allied's WISE Solution will enable the company to benefit tremendously from an automated, and Web-enabled E-Fullfilment Solution. The system's scalability was an integral part of the selection because the system needed to be effective when dealing with nuances of Allied's smaller local customers, while still being able to handle the tremendous volume of their largest clients, such as GMAC.

Allied Printing Company was founded in 1952, and currently employs 75 people at four locations. Corporate headquarters are located on historic Woodward Avenue in Ferndale, Michigan.
