Kaiser Permanente expands the WISE Web Enabled Distribution Solution to More Sites
Long Beach, CA -Royal 4 Systems, a global supplier of supply chain execution solutions, announced today that Kaiser Permanente has selected to begin roll-out of the WISE™ Warehouse Management System, and begin implementation at another facility within their distribution network. 
Kaiser Permanente is the United States' largest Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), with facilities located throughout the nation. Kaiser's Project Distribution Centers are utilized in the construction and development of all Kaiser Hospitals and Clinics within the US. When a new facility is being built, the distribution centers first house, then distribute all the equipment that will be used inside the new buildings. (Items such as: beds, desks, medical equipment, administration equipment, etc...)
Kaiser Permanente will utilize WISE to manage and control all of the different projects' inventory with complete system visibility via the web. Kaiser's buyers will log into the WISE System to enter expected receipts, orders, purchase available surplus stock, and to check inventory quantities and status. The WISE supply chain execution solution definitely leverages the full scope of internet technologies.
The WISE WMS Release 5.4 Release is Web-based, making it faster to deploy, simpler to integrate with other systems and allows users to access the WISE WMS remotely. Release 5.4 leverages the full scope of Internet technologies, giving customers full access to the latest computer innovations along with e-commerce support, easy system maintenance, simple navigation, reliability and adaptability for internet based order fulfillment.
